Mac: Apple symbol in top left hand corner of screen > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Click through the Microphone | Camera | Screen Recording options in the left hand menu > Ensure Google Chrome is listed and ticked for each > Restart the Google Chrome browser.
